At Luxury Candles Ireland, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items, including candles with custom text, images, or designs, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Sale items or items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with a photo of the damage and proof of purchase.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund for any item that is damaged upon arrival.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that any original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
